double-face horizontal five-station CNC combined machine
for counterboring and reaming center holes of camshafts,
tapping, deburring and blowing, adopts feed mechanism of
one station up for loading and five stations down for
unloading. The respective five sets of servomechanisms
on both sides can machine (handle with) work-piece
simultaneously, which are applied to counterboring
center holes at both ends of camshaft, tapping screw
holes at both ends, turning center taper holes at both
ends, deburring holes at both ends and blowing out the
chips caused during machining. The above-mentioned
processes can be finished in one setting. The machine
also features high automaticity, high rigidity, high
accuracy and user-friendly operation, as well as
suitable for volume production.
